Almost Over

Well, it's New Years Eve and the holidays are close to being over with. I hope that everyone has had a good year and Happy New Year to all. Unfortunately, I dread the holidays for reasons I do not wish to speak of - but that's just me. I think that Christmas is about the kids. Not fighting over bargains in stores on Christmas Eve. As a kid, I can still remember waking up and seeing toy after toy under the tree.: Hot Wheels; Superfriend dolls; a train set; games; and a huge stocking full of small items including delicious Hershey chocolate!

I also think that we forget the real meaning of Christmas: The Birth Of Christ.
